A comfortable group journey starts with the right vehicle and a clear itinerary. Before asking for a quote, collect a confirmed passenger count and note whether your group includes older travellers, children or anyone who needs help boarding.
Start with people and luggage
Tell the team how many passengers will travel and how much luggage they expect to bring. Seat count alone does not explain luggage capacity. Ask about access steps, luggage space and any requirements that matter to your group.
Compare the actual configuration
Discuss AC or non-AC travel, the seating layout and the facilities of the vehicle being offered. A 2×2 or 2×3 layout is different from the total passenger capacity. Photos help, but confirm whether each image shows the assigned vehicle or is representative.
Read the full quotation
A per-kilometre rate is only one part of a quotation. Check minimum billable distance, where kilometre counting starts and ends, driver allowance, permits, tolls, parking and applicable taxes. Make sure the pickup time, planned stops and return date match your itinerary.
Confirm before you pay
Ask for the vehicle details, agreed fare and cancellation conditions in writing. A website enquiry starts this conversation; it does not reserve a bus. Kamadhenu Tours & Travels can help compare the available choices for your group.
