- The team checks availability and issues a quotation with vehicle details, fare basis, inclusions, exclusions, payment and cancellation terms.
- Review the quotation and follow verified payment instructions if a payment is required.
- Receive a booking confirmation and the agreed pickup and contact arrangements.
What is supplied
The confirmed vehicle and driver service is supplied at the time, location and for the itinerary agreed in the booking. Seat count, AC, luggage capacity, amenities and accessibility are vehicle-specific. Hotels, tickets, meals and tour packages are not included unless explicitly stated.
Pickup and changes
Provide a reachable phone number and clear pickup instructions. Communicate timetable or passenger changes promptly. Road conditions, weather, traffic and operational restrictions can affect journey timing. Contact our travel assistance number if the agreed pickup is delayed or you need help.
Payment gateway availability
Online payment is available only through a payment method explicitly enabled and communicated by Kamadhenu. This website’s enquiry form and assistance bot are not payment confirmations. Gateway approval and payment availability are separate from publishing these policies.
