To cancel or change a confirmed booking, contact Kamadhenu Tours & Travels promptly through the official phone, WhatsApp or email. Provide the booking reference, customer name and travel date. Ask for written acknowledgement.
Booking-specific terms
Cancellation charges depend on the terms disclosed in your quotation or booking confirmation before payment. A website enquiry can be withdrawn without a booking cancellation fee because it does not itself reserve a vehicle or collect payment.
Date, route or vehicle changes
Changes depend on availability and the revised itinerary. The team will provide any revised price and conditions for your agreement. Do not assume a change is confirmed until acknowledged.
Missed pickups and shortened trips
Notify the team as soon as possible if you are delayed or cannot travel. Treatment of no-shows, unused distance and shortened trips follows the agreed booking terms, the circumstances and applicable requirements.
Cancellation by the operator
If we cannot provide the agreed service, we will contact you about available alternatives and the refund treatment of the affected booking. A substitute or revised service requires your agreement.
