Submitting a form, using the assistant or viewing a vehicle does not confirm a reservation. The team must confirm availability, vehicle type, passenger capacity, itinerary, fare, payment requirements and cancellation conditions. Images may be representative; ask for confirmation of the vehicle offered.
Rates and payments
Published rates are indicative and use the price basis shown, such as per kilometre, day or trip. Minimum distance, start/end kilometre calculation, driver allowance, permits, parking, tolls, taxes, waiting and extra-distance charges must be confirmed in the quotation. Payment alone does not change the written itinerary or vehicle agreement. Use only verified payment instructions issued through our official contact channels.
Travel responsibilities
Provide accurate route, timing, passenger and luggage details. Follow the driver’s safety directions and lawful capacity limits. Changes, additional stops, delays and route restrictions may require a revised quotation agreed with you.
